You must not use fictitious information, another person's identity, or details belonging to any third party. 99ba reserves the right to verify all registration information provided and to reject any application that cannot be verified to the platform's satisfaction.
2.5 Corporate Accounts. 99ba does not permit registration of accounts in the name of a business entity, trust, or organisation. All accounts must be held in the name of a natural person meeting the eligibility requirements set out in this section.
3.1 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ba account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 99ba will never ask you to share your password via any channel — including live chat, email, SMS, or telephone. 4.2 Own Funds Requirement. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 99ba does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts where your name is not included, or any payment method that does not correspond to the identity registered on your 99ba Account. 4.3 Currency. All transactions on the 99ba platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99ba does not charge currency conversion fees, as all accounts operate in PKR by default. Any conversion fees applied by your payment provider are outside the control of 99ba.
